‘Work-Life Balance Management’  provides individuals and workplaces with an innovative range of consulting, coaching and facilitation services.
My focus is supporting and maintaining the physical, mental, emotional & social wellbeing of individuals both in their personal & professional lives. Taking a ‘people-first’ approach directly benefits organisations with increased levels of employee performance, morale & engagement. Rates of absenteeism, staff turnover, stress, and burnout are also noticeably reduced saving time, money and personnel resources.

Research confirmed this consistently represented the issues faced by today’s workforce and sadly there is little being done proactively to address this problem.  Larger organisations have wellness programs and EAP’s in place but the smaller businesses, freelancers, entrepreneurs and startups are exposed to the issues of work-related anxiety, depression & burnout. Ignorance and cost being a major player in this.
