Your life no feels like yours. You don’t know who you are anymore. You’re going through the motions lacking purpose and direction. You realise something’s got to change but you’re not sure what that is let alone how.
Firstly, this is completely normal and we’ve all felt the same way at some point in our lives. If you’re looking for someone to help you from where you to where you want to be then I might be the coach for you.
Together we’ll set goals, celebrate successes and most importantly find that positive change you seek. I’ll push you when you need it, guide you when you struggle & support you every step of the way.

One on one coaching is as individual as you. Each session and client is different so the following packages broadly describe what you can expect from the coaching process, not the exact results that will relate to you.

Set the Compass

You’ve taken the first step towards positive change and reached out.   In our introductory conversation, we’ll discuss where you’re headed and how I can assist you in your self-development journey.

From this initial conversation you can expect to:

  • learn a little about coaching; what it is, how it works and how it can be applied to your unique situation
  • get a feel for me and confirmation of whether I’m the right person for you; and
  • excitement! Whether you realise it or not that initial call is your acknowledgement that change is needed. It doesn’t matter if you’re not ready to take another step right now but pat yourself on the back for taking the first one at least  – it’s often the hardest.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes
Cost: Free
Suitable For: Anyone who is feeling like they need a change in their lives. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how that looks yet.

Test Drive

If you’re unsure about the coaching process and just want to take it for a spin then this option is for you.

These sessions are taken on an as-needs basis with no lock-in commitment required. From these sessions we will :

  • Briefly review the issue at hand
  • Brainstorm solutions and strategies to resolve the issue
  • Discuss actions and commitments

Session includes:

  • 1 x 1 hour 1:1 consultations either face to face or via Skype (depending on location).

Duration: As needed
Suitable For: For those who are looking to give coaching a try without an ongoing commitment or simply need some direction or focus to work on a pressing issue.

Map the Course

This program is designed to help you make the changes you seek through the creation of your own personal ‘map’ and the provision of support & guidance to get you to your destination.

During this course you can expect to:

  • Gain clarity on how to get from where you are to where you’re going
  • Learn more about your emotions, thoughts and beliefs and how they can be harnessed for achievement instead of self-sabotaging behaviour
  • Understand your motivations and how to tap into
  • Be supported, encouraged and motivated every step of the way.

Package includes:

  • 3 x 45 minute 1:1 consultations either face to face or via Skype (depending on location).
  • Documented goal definition and associated action plan that details how you get from where you are to where you want to be
  • Follow up email support between each session to track progress, resolve issues or answer questions
  • Relevant resources personalised to assist with your journey

Duration: 6 weeks
Suitable For: For those that already have an idea of the change they wish to make or the problem they want resolving but need help transforming this into a reality.

Let’s Go!

If you’ve come to me knowing you need a change but have no idea how what it is or how to implement it then this package is for you.  In Let’s Go I’ll be your co-pilot, navigator and cheer squad alongside you every step of the way.

During this course you can expect to:

  • Identify what is truly important to you in your life and the areas that aren’t currently giving you fulfilment
  • Define where you’re heading and how this future goal will look and feel as well as the strategy and support to get you there
  • Learn more about your emotions, thoughts and beliefs and how they can be harnessed for achievement
  • Identify self-sabotaging behaviour and steps to overcome it.
  • Be challenged when you need a push, support & encouragement when the going gets tough and a confident partner that knows you’ve got this.

Package includes:

  • 6 x 45 minute 1:1 consultations either face to face or via Skype (depending on location).
  • Vision and values analysis
  • Goal identification and associated action plan that details how you get from where you are to where you want to be
  • 6 x ‘catch up’ calls between each session to track progress, resolve issues or answer questions
  • Unlimited email support
  • Relevant resources personalised to assist with your journey

Duration: 12 weeks
Suitable For: For those looking for change but are unsure how it looks or where to start.
